Loaded Hot Chicken Waffle Fries

Ingredients

  • 1 bag Cavendish Farms Restaurant Style Waffle Fries
  • 1 bag frozen chicken fingers
  • 3 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tbsp pickle brine
  • 1 cup shredded cabbage
  • 2 scallions, thinly sliced
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 2 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 cup dill pickles, sliced (for garnish)

Directions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 400°F.
  2. Spread Waffle Fries in the air fryer basket and cook according to packaging instructions.
  3. Cook frozen chicken fingers in a separate air fryer basket according to package instructions. Allow to cool slightly before chopping and adding to a medium bowl. Set aside.
  4. To prep coleslaw, whisk mayonnaise, vinegar, and pickle brine in a medium bowl. Add cabbage, scallions, and a sprinkle of salt and pepper. Toss well to combine and refrigerate until ready to use.
  5. In a small saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in cayenne, smoked paprika, and a pinch of salt. Remove from heat and toss the cooked chopped chicken fingers in the spicy butter mixture until well coated.
  6. To assemble, spread the cooked Waffle Fries on a large serving plate or sheet pan. Top with chicken fingers and creamy coleslaw. Garnish with sliced pickles.
  7. Serve immediately and enjoy!
