Waffle Fries

Ingredients
- 1 bag Cavendish Farms Restaurant Style Waffle Fries
- 1 bag frozen chicken fingers
- 3 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
- 2 tbsp pickle brine
- 1 cup shredded cabbage
- 2 scallions, thinly sliced
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 3 tbsp butter
- 2 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 cup dill pickles, sliced (for garnish)
Directions
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F.
- Spread Waffle Fries in the air fryer basket and cook according to packaging instructions.
- Cook frozen chicken fingers in a separate air fryer basket according to package instructions. Allow to cool slightly before chopping and adding to a medium bowl. Set aside.
- To prep coleslaw, whisk mayonnaise, vinegar, and pickle brine in a medium bowl. Add cabbage, scallions, and a sprinkle of salt and pepper. Toss well to combine and refrigerate until ready to use.
- In a small saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in cayenne, smoked paprika, and a pinch of salt. Remove from heat and toss the cooked chopped chicken fingers in the spicy butter mixture until well coated.
- To assemble, spread the cooked Waffle Fries on a large serving plate or sheet pan. Top with chicken fingers and creamy coleslaw. Garnish with sliced pickles.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
