Loaded Onion Rings

Ingredients

  • 1 bag Cavendish Farms Quick Crisp Onion Rings
  • 1/4 cup buttermilk
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 2 tbsp pepperoncini, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp pepperoncini juice
  • 2 tsp parsley, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp dill, finely chopped
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • 4-6 bacon strips, cooked and chopped
  • 1 1/2 cups cheddar, shredded
  • 2 green onions, thinly sliced

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 450°F.
  2. Spread Onion Rings on a parchment-lined baking sheet and cook according to packaging instructions.
  3. To prep, make the pepperoncini ranch. In a large bowl, whisk together buttermilk, mayonnaise, sour cream, pepperoncini, pepperoncini juice, parsley, dill, pepper, garlic powder, salt, and onion powder. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
  4. Top cooked Onion Rings with bacon and cheddar. Return the baking sheet to the oven and bake for 3-5 minutes, until cheese is melted.
  5. Drizzle with pepperoncini ranch and sprinkle with sliced green onions. Serve immediately.
