Ingredients
- 1 bag Cavendish Farms Quick Crisp Onion Rings
- 1/4 cup buttermilk
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 2 tbsp pepperoncini, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp pepperoncini juice
- 2 tsp parsley, finely chopped
- 1 tsp dill, finely chopped
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- 4-6 bacon strips, cooked and chopped
- 1 1/2 cups cheddar, shredded
- 2 green onions, thinly sliced
Directions
- Preheat oven to 450°F.
- Spread Onion Rings on a parchment-lined baking sheet and cook according to packaging instructions.
- To prep, make the pepperoncini ranch. In a large bowl, whisk together buttermilk, mayonnaise, sour cream, pepperoncini, pepperoncini juice, parsley, dill, pepper, garlic powder, salt, and onion powder. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
- Top cooked Onion Rings with bacon and cheddar. Return the baking sheet to the oven and bake for 3-5 minutes, until cheese is melted.
- Drizzle with pepperoncini ranch and sprinkle with sliced green onions. Serve immediately.
