Onion Rings

Ingredients
- 1 bag of Cavendish Farms Quick Crisp Onion Rings
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 small white onion
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/2 lb ground beef
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 green onions, for garnish
- 1 jalapeño, for garnish
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Directions
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F.
- Spread Onion Rings in air fryer basket and cook according to packaging instructions.
- To prep, roughly dice onion and garlic. Thinly slice jalapeño and green onion and set aside.
- To start the chili, heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add onion and garlic and sauté until soft.
- Add ground beef, cumin, chili powder, and tomato paste. Cook until beef is browned and mixture thickens slightly. Season with salt and pepper.
- In a small saucepan, warm heavy cream and stir in cheddar cheese until melted and smooth.
- Top cooked Onion Rings with chili, drizzle with cheese sauce, and garnish with green onions and jalapeños.
